Daniel Mulugeta is a graduate of psychology that has been working at different organizations over the last 13 years. In his career move he has worked at Nia Foundation (Joy Center), assuming different roles until he took a job at the International Community School of Addis Ababa (ICS) as a Transition program assistant. This role taught him the distinctive world of special needs world between the west and Ethiopia. This feeling inspired to open a center where quality services can be provided and after working a few private jobs, finally managed to establish Allstar Psychological Services with founding partners.
