Kristin Pipho has degrees in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Severe Special Needs, Intellectual, Communication and Behavior Disorders, and Special Needs Early Intervention from the University of Northern Iowa. She has therapy certificates in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), SonRise, PECS, Sensory, and Play Therapy. Kristin specializes in helping children and adults with special needs gain communication, behavior, social, academic, and motor skills. Kristin holds years of experience as a therapist and in leading special needs as well as student learning support departments. She is also the co-founder of “Allstar Psychological Services”.

Daniel Mulugeta is a graduate of psychology that has been working at different organizations over the last 13 years. This role taught him the distinctive world of special needs world between the west and Ethiopia.
